When we have confirmed the requirements and project delivery timescales with you plus you have agreed for us to start the development work we will send you an invoice via Paypal for 50% of the total project cost.

Once you have reviewed and approved the final template design or content management web site you will be required to make the final 50% payment via Paypal before the template conversion, custom web design or web site is released to you.

We guarantee that all information you share with us during the project including web design or web site specifications, content (text), image artwork, email correspondence or telephone conversions will remain confidential between you and us.

The simple answer is no. All template conversion, custom design, branding and content management web site development work is completed by our in-house development team. We have over 5 years commerical experience developing hand crafted, professional web designs and sites for clients and we never outsource work to third party developers.

You will retain the full copyright right to any original development work we do for you during the project. This may include mock-up designs, final template design coding and graphic design, content, branding. We will be happy to sign any relevent documentation to confirm this in writing to you via letter or email.

The custom design is developed to your exact specifications by our in-house web design team. We DO NOT use third party templates to develop custom designs. All the coding, design image work is developed from the ground up by us and will be unique to you or your business.
